Our support page contains information that will help You solve the problems with payment, delivery and return of products.

 

After registering (or placing order), will be sent registration email with login and temporary password (or order data) from email address metallicdetails@gmail.com. Perhaps definition of mail systems of such letters as spam. Please check SPAM email folder if You have not received email as usual!

 

Payment:

You can pay the following ways:

PayPal (authorization on the site of PayPal)

Other (SWIFT-payment or Western Union)

 

Delivery:

Delivery worldwide after full payment.

Combined postage: 2 or more items are purchased in one order.
Shipping cost is calculated according to weight and size of items.

Delivery to country of recipient by airmail with tracking number.
Parcel can be track on website of Ukrposhta (http://ukrposhta.ua/en/vidslidkuvati-forma-poshuku).

Parcel are sent "as gift" (without announcement of value).
Orders are shipped in envelope with bubble wrap and/or in hard-wearing carton box with any necessary buffering materials.

Sending on same/next day once payment is received except Sunday and Monday (days off in postal company), as well as Ukrainian public holidays, but no later than 3 days except for force majeure.
Presence in order of "non-Metallic Details" products may slightly increase time for sending.

After sending will be sent email about this (with tracking number) to email address specified at time of ordering.

Delivery time: average of 2 weeks (depends on location of recipient and may be prolonged sometimes especially during peak seasons and some public holidays).

 

Delayed Arrival/Missing Orders:

If You do not receive Your order 20 days after receiving email of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

If necessary, we will contact Ukrposhta for investigation.

For a lost order, we can re-arrange the delivery.

NOTE: If a package is returned due to a wrong data provided by the customer, the cost of resending the package will be involved at the customer's end.

 

Return Policy:

If You wish to cancel Your order, You can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to You.

If Your order was damaged in the delivery process or has missing parts, please let us know in any way convenient for You.

You can return goods You have ordered from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The shipping costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by buyers.
